The publisher and the service provider have different roles.

Demand Leads Media and its local properties help people describe a project and connect with an independent provider. They do not perform the field work.

Demand Leads Media is an independent lead publisher.

Demand Leads Media operates the publishing system behind distinct local service properties. A local property may collect project information, apply qualification rules, and route an accepted inquiry to an eligible independent provider.

Demand Leads Media is not the contractor.

Demand Leads Media does not inspect property, diagnose conditions, provide estimates, set provider pricing, sign field-service contracts, dispatch crews, obtain permits, or perform septic, concrete, land clearing, pool, or other trade work.

The provider remains independent.

The provider is responsible for its business identity, credentials, insurance, service area, availability, estimates, pricing, proposals, contracts, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, safety, permits, and legal obligations.

Consumers should verify the provider and proposal.

Before authorizing work, consumers should independently confirm the provider's identity, current credentials where applicable, insurance, experience, scope, price, schedule, permit responsibility, contract, warranty, and payment terms.

Routing is not a guarantee.

Provider eligibility and availability can change. Demand Leads Media does not guarantee that a provider will accept a project, make contact within a particular time, offer a particular price, or complete the work.

One accepted inquiry is not sold to several providers.

The operating model routes an accepted inquiry to one eligible provider at a time. A screened backup may receive an inquiry when the intended provider is unavailable or ineligible, but the same accepted inquiry is not sold simultaneously to multiple contractors.

Have a question about the relationship?

Account management can clarify the publisher's role, the local property, and the independent provider relationship.
