Website terms

These terms govern use of demandleadsmedia.com. They are not a territory agreement, lead agreement, provider contract, estimate, or field-service contract.

Effective date: July 28, 2026

Corporate-site purpose

This site explains Demand Leads Media, its lead-publishing model, qualification standards, commercial concepts, disclosures, and account-management contact path. Information is general unless a signed written agreement expressly makes it part of that agreement.

No field service

Demand Leads Media is an independent lead publisher. It does not perform septic, concrete, land-clearing, pool, or other contractor work. An independent provider controls its estimates, credentials, contracts, scheduling, work, warranties, and obligations.

No guarantee

The site does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, forms, lead volume, lead acceptance, provider availability, appointments, estimates, jobs, conversion, revenue, profit, pricing, response time, or results. A qualified lead is an opportunity to contact a person about a matching project, not a guaranteed transaction.

Market and territory information

A listed market or category does not claim current performance, availability, exclusivity, or commercial readiness. Account management must confirm current status and provide the applicable written offer.

Contractor relationships

Proof trials, monthly bases, included leads, overages, credits, disputes, eligibility, pauses, and termination are controlled by the applicable written contractor agreement. Corporate-site summaries do not replace that agreement.

Published standard commercial policy

The free proof trial occurs before paid activation and does not consume or reduce a paid billing month's included allowance. The $300 monthly base pays for the primary territory position and acquisition channel. The included count is the overage boundary, not a delivery guarantee.

The monthly base is nonrefundable and is not prorated for a lead-volume shortfall. Unused allowance does not roll over or create make-good leads. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, takes effect at the end of the paid period, and does not create a prorated refund.

Invalid leads and billing errors

A timely invalid-lead determination removes the inquiry from the accepted-lead and overage ledger. It does not reduce or refund the monthly base. Duplicate charges, documented Demand Leads Media billing errors, and charges not authorized by the controlling agreement are corrected and refunded when already collected.

Payment method

Standard provider subscriptions and overages are paid by credit or debit card through Stripe Checkout or Billing. Demand Leads Media does not accept ACH, bank transfer, check, cash, or payment-card details by phone, text, email, chat, or a portfolio form.

Provider contact and standby routing

Demand Leads Media is not an urgent-response service. A primary provider should contact the consumer as quickly as possible. If contact is not verified through provider self-reporting and consumer follow-up by the end of the next business day, the inquiry may route to an eligible standby provider and does not count against the primary. It is not routed simultaneously to both.

Provider eligibility and consumer information

Primary and backup providers must remain eligible for the applicable service and territory, keep required credentials and capacity current, and protect consumer information. Consumer information may be used only for the disclosed project and permitted account purposes; it may not be resold or used for unrelated marketing. Failed payment, ineligibility, unavailable capacity, repeated missed contact, or substantiated consumer problems may pause routing or end primary status.

Website voice associate

The optional website voice associate uses artificial intelligence and third-party speech processing to discuss provider-sales information. Its statements remain subject to current territory status, written offers, eligibility review, and the applicable signed agreement. A voice conversation does not reserve a territory, create a contract, or authorize payment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate another person or business, or submit sensitive payment, tax, or consumer information through the corporate account form.

Intellectual property

The Demand Leads Media name, routed-D artwork, site design, and original content are owned by or used for Demand Leads Media. These terms do not grant permission to copy the brand, create a confusing identity, or imply endorsement.

Third-party services

Hosting, forms, phone service, or links may rely on third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Demand Leads Media is not responsible for a third party's independent service.

Changes and availability

Site content and features may change, pause, or be corrected. Material policy changes will be dated. Continued site use after a change means you accept the updated website terms, but it does not amend a separate signed agreement.

Contact

Questions about these website terms may be directed to account management using the approved contact information on this page.

Provider territory sales

Talk through the opportunity.

Ask about provider fit, proof trials, lead standards, pricing, or a listed market. The associate cannot represent a territory as currently available without a live status check.
