Contractor lead plans with written territory terms.

Demand Leads Media looks for responsive local operators whose services, credentials, territory, capacity, and customer process match the publishing property.

The commercial structure

The written offer controls. No charge begins simply because a market is discussed.

Fit review
Services, area, credentials, response process, job size, and capacity are reviewed before routing.
Proof trial
A small category-specific sample lets both sides inspect lead evidence and operating fit before paid activation. Proof leads are separate from, and never reduce, the first paid month's full allowance.
Base territory
Standard offers begin at $300 per month only after the proof and commercial-readiness gate. The base pays for the primary territory position and acquisition channel, not a guaranteed lead count.
Included leads
The monthly base includes the exact accepted-lead allowance stated in the market offer.
Overages
Accepted leads above the included allowance use the written category-specific rate.
Credits
Duplicates, spam, wrong service, wrong territory, and insufficient evidence receive credit under the written terms. An invalid lead is removed from the allowance and overage ledger but does not reduce the monthly base.
Refunds and unused allowance
The monthly base is nonrefundable and is not prorated for a volume shortfall. Unused allowance does not roll over or create make-good leads. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is by credit or debit card through Stripe. The standard relationship is month-to-month; cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period without a prorated refund.

Standard category terms

These are approved static offer terms, not a statement that a particular territory is currently available, live, producing inquiries, or ready for activation.

Septic leads
3 accepted proof leads. After proof and activation, $300 per month includes 5 accepted leads; $60 per additional accepted lead. Anderson County proof begins only after its commercial-readiness gate.
Concrete leveling leads
2 accepted proof leads. After proof and activation, $300 per month includes 3 accepted leads; $125 per additional accepted lead.
Land clearing leads
2 accepted proof leads. After proof and activation, $300 per month includes 3 accepted leads; $175 per additional accepted lead. Montgomery County proof begins only after its commercial-readiness gate.
Pool leak detection leads
2 accepted proof leads. After proof and activation, $300 per month includes 4 accepted leads; $90 per additional accepted lead.

What the contractor owns

Before routing

  • Accurate company and contact information
  • Current credentials where applicable
  • Defined services, territory, hours, and minimum project fit
  • Available response capacity

After routing

  • Prompt, professional contact attempts
  • Independent estimates, pricing, proposals, and contracts
  • Consumer communication and field-service quality
  • Capacity updates and disputes within 72 hours
  • Consumer information used only for the disclosed project—never resold or used for unrelated marketing

What exclusive territory means

One accepted inquiry routes to one eligible provider at a time. It does not mean the contractor owns the domain, receives every possible consumer inquiry, or has permanent rights regardless of eligibility, payment, capacity, or the written agreement.

Response and standby routing

Demand Leads Media is not an urgent-response service. The primary provider should contact the consumer as quickly as possible. If contact is not verified by the end of the next business day, the inquiry may route to an eligible standby provider and does not count against the primary. Contact is checked through provider self-reporting and consumer follow-up; conflicting or missing evidence opens a routing review.

Backup-provider terms

Demand Leads Media may maintain qualified backups so consumers are not stranded. A backup pays no monthly base until activated as primary. When a backup actually receives an accepted lead, the standard plan applies the category overage rate. Backup enrollment, current status, and any promotion to primary require a live account check.

Eligibility and routing pauses

Failed payment, expired or unverifiable required credentials, declared lack of capacity, repeated missed contact, or substantiated consumer problems may pause routing or end primary status. A response rate below 60% across ten offered leads triggers probation; two verified reports of no provider contact within 30 days trigger a routing pause and review; three substantiated consumer complaints within 90 days trigger an immediate routing pause.

Payment boundaries

Provider subscriptions and overages use credit or debit card through Stripe Checkout or Billing. Demand Leads Media does not accept ACH, bank transfer, check, cash, or payment-card details by phone, email, chat, or a portfolio form.

What is not promised

Demand Leads Media does not guarantee rankings, traffic, impressions, calls, forms, included volume, booked appointments, estimates, jobs, closing rates, customer quality, revenue, or profit. Modeled demand is not presented as observed commercial performance.

What account management will ask

  • Which services and project sizes do you actually accept?
  • Which cities, counties, or ZIP codes can you serve consistently?
  • What credentials apply to the work and market?
  • How will your team contact a new inquiry as quickly as possible?
  • When should routing pause because of schedule or capacity?
  • Who will review lead evidence, credits, and account notices?

How to evaluate the offer

Compare the written definition, one-to-one routing rule, accepted-lead cost, contact rate, estimate rate, close rate, and gross profit—not merely the word exclusive. Our lead-provider evaluation guideprovides a practical checklist.

Start with fit, standards, and capacity.

Account management will discuss the market, service category, lead definition, proof period, written terms, and your ability to respond.

Provider territory sales

Talk through the opportunity.

Ask about provider fit, proof trials, lead standards, pricing, or a listed market. The associate cannot represent a territory as currently available without a live status check.
